All classes are approximately 45 minutes long and include warm-up, work out of the day (WOD) and cool-down/stretching.
Mon: 5:45 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
Tue: 5:45 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
Wed: 5:45 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
Thu: 5:45 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
Fri: 4:30 PM-7:30 PM (Open Gym - Please arrive for your workout no later than 6:45)
Sat: 9:30 AM
Sun: CLOSED
If you would like to see another class time added, please let us know. If enough people express interest for a certain time we will do our best to add the class.
