Step 1:
Elements Course: $199 + HST
The Elements program runs 2 times a week for 4 weeks. It is designed to expose new clients to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled, as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. These classes run Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am for 4 weeks. The next Elements course starts Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
Topics Covered:
-specific warm ups and trunk work
-the basic fundamental weightlifting movements of CrossFit
-basic gymnastics movements
-monostructural movements (rowing, jump rope, running)
-olympic lifting
-specific stretching
With the purchase of Elements program you will recieve a free TWO WEEK MEMBERSHIP which begins at the end of the program.
If these times do not work for you to come to the Elements course, please contact us and we can schedule one-on-one classes at the time of your choice ($60/hour, minimum four classes).
Step 2:
Choose one of the following options -
1) Regular Group Classes:
Once you have completed the Elements course you are now ready to begin participating in the group classes. These fun and highly motivating classes are held daily and focus on the Workout of the Day (WOD), as posted on our website. The WOD's are scaled and modified to each person's level and are performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain while maintaining good form and proper technique.
1 Month Unlimited - $120.00/month
Prepay 6 Months Unlimited - $660.00 ($110.00/month)
Prepay 12 Months Unlimited - $1200.00 ($100.00/month)
Military, firefighters, police officers, paramedics, corrections officers & CBSA - $100/month
Seniors (55+) - $105/month
Students (valid ID card required) - $110/month

2) Personal Training
Personal Training (One-On-One): $60.00/hr
Personal Training (Two-on-One): $80.00/hr
