Just a reminder to please wipe down your equipment/mats when you are done with them using the spray located on top of the paper towel dispenser by the rowers. As you have probably seen in the Progress paper, there is an alert regarding whooping cough in the area. Vaccination clinics have been set up to try and control the spread. Please review this site and make yourself aware of the symptoms.
On a lighter note, what's the strangest thing you've ever lifted?




Strangest thing I have lifted..... From the bottom of the Ocean , a 64 lb Halibut ... Proud to say all by myself too :)
