Great photo :) - how about sit-ups and or lunges Trina ? I am glad this WOD is do-able at home as I can't get in tomorrow ...if I can't find room to skip I will be doing lunges.

Will defiantly be doing the double unders and sit ups! I am going bat crazy after all the flying!

Trina ~ why don't you try those squat thrusts I was showing you yesterday to sub for pushups.
Double Unders = 200m sprint?
