I've lost some conditioning but still a solid workout.
5rds of 2min sprint 1 minute rest
and for the wod:
3rds 5 burpees

Hey sun run runners , take a min and read the clip board I left on cork board :) no WOD for me today , needed am extra rest day ! Good work all the rest of you die hards .

5 rounds exactly. (18lb KB, 85lb HPC for 1 round then down to 75lbs for rest - haven't done an early morning WOD in MONTHS, no coffee + no food = no energy) :)

I did the mainsite WOD of shoulder presses today too:
10sets of 2reps every minute
75lbs x 2sets, 65lbs x 8sets
