So much fun today! Team Wod, boys against girls:
Row (15 calories)
Ball slams
Wallballs
Dips
Overhead walking lunges (25/15)
15 minutes to move through stations. Time at each station dictated by rower. Score=total reps
Boys won....but I'm still wondering about their counting skills... ;) Just kidding - good job guys!

Great WOD today...and the girls did boxjumps too cause we had an extra!
