9 Chest to Bar Pullups
12 Pistols
15 Power Snatches (65)
13: something ~ sub'd pistols with heel lift to 20" box & 10 lb wt.
Nice work tonight Laurel...you rocked those dips...no long now and you'll be doing them Rx'd :)

3 Rounds - 9 Pull -ups ( band assistance) 12 dips ( blue band) 15 front squats (65lb) - 11:01 great challenge with the dips , been awhile - thanks for the WOD and assistance Kerri :)
