Then same WOD scaled as necessary;
Robin: 9 Rounds. Front Squats instead of thrusters.
Lu: 9+15+7
Vince: 10 Rounds. Push Press and kipping pullups!
Gaye: 12 Rounds+1 thruster.
(10 thrusters per round).

Great work. Form is coming along nicely! Seeya next week!
