Thanks for the vote of confidence Kerri, but I used the 30lb bar today because every muscle in my back threatened rigor...

Then same WOD scaled as necessary;
Robin: 9 Rounds. Front Squats instead of thrusters.
Lu: 9+15+7
Vince: 10 Rounds. Push Press and kipping pullups!
Gaye: 12 Rounds+1 thruster.
(10 thrusters per round).
