16:24 with reg/knee push up.modified knees to elbows. 25lbs for kettlebell swings. 20lb dumbell thrusters. 60lb dead lifts. 8lb wall balls.

Good job Morgan; sounds like a really hard WOD.
Today revisited the 400m run/50 squats 3x: 8:58. Nov. 27: 10:20, improved by 1:22 (still recovering - close to YACKING)
