Just couldn't get up that early after a looooong shift yesterday... Had burpees for breaky instead as well as a few days of catch up on the push ups!

Woohoo! Got my first strict pull-up today! :) Yesterday I got my first strict chin up and today my first strict pull-up. :)

Did the "Bear"
Deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push jerk. All without putting the bar down!
7 reps of the above then 2 minutes rest then do it again for 5 Rounds.

Allison: 19:07 (40 lbs)
Robin: 19:51 (75 lbs)

Vince subbed and did 5 pullups 15 pushups 10 situps - AMRAP 20 minutes.
12 Rounds + 5 pullups
