Just couldn't get up that early after a looooong shift yesterday... Had burpees for breaky instead as well as a few days of catch up on the push ups!

Dragon Boaters!
Did the "Bear"
Deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push jerk. All without putting the bar down!
7 reps of the above then 2 minutes rest then do it again for 5 Rounds.
Gaye: 18:34 (30lbs)
Denise: 19:21 (40 lbs)
Lu: 19:59 (55 lbs)
Allison: 19:07 (40 lbs)
Robin: 19:51 (75 lbs)
Vince subbed and did 5 pullups 15 pushups 10 situps - AMRAP 20 minutes.
12 Rounds + 5 pullups
