missed not getting there tonight butMelina got her hand stuck in her bicycle wheel (while it was still turning), so we ran out of time/energy. hope the rain held off for everyone, especially "Helen".

Aw, poor Melina! I did Elizabeth today instead. used 65 lbs for my clean and subbed dips in the parlettes. Time was 3:25
warmed up with push press 3-3-3 (45-65-85).
Got my first chin-up today! :)

Did CrossFit Total as no one was around to call me out for Helen. ASnd it was wet, dark and scary outside anyway...
