Re: push up challenge
I have surpassed my max pu's of 17; I still find them very challenging and have to really push through, but each one past the next feels like a small accomplishment. Anyone else?

Trina...I find the PU's getting challenging...perm-a-sore pecs...but I LOVE IT!

7:37 w/14lbs (previously 10:30 on Dec 5th!!)

My max P/Us were 13 before, now I'm at 17... could probably push a bit more... Feel like my form is better and for sure a lot stronger. Lovin' the challenge for sure and HATE missing a day now that the numbers are getting higher ;o)

I've noticed a big difference. My max was 17 and I did all 22 in a row yesterday. It's encouraging and makes all the effort worth it.
