Today's WOD will be a hopper. This means it could be anything - not even we know what it will be until we pull it out of our hat. We will be compiling a jar full of individual movements (i.e. thrusters, pull-ups, squats, etc) as well as rep schemes and weights. We will draw them randomly at the beginning of class and then off we go! Come prepared for anything and everything.
Push-up Challenge: Day 20 - 20 push-ups
Check out this article on the ring row.

Ah...nice one! Be sure to post the WOD...I'm interested to see what it is...but too sore to do it tomorrow. Have FUN!!

I decided to sleep in and instead tried to catch up to Brad and Karen on the mountain bikes but alas I couldn't find them...
Biked up Vedder Mtn to the lookout over Cultus then down the "Den", "Skidder" and the "Dilemma." Bikin' up was much harder than I remember. 2 hours total.
Then a greasy Whitespot double cheese burger to slow the heart down a little. :)
Looks like a good WOD today! Nice work Sarah, Trina and Pierre.

Black Beauty for last 2 sets, 20lb snatches and plenty of breaks on the ring rows.
Brad biked Vedder.Too bad Jon and Brad did not connect.Great ride time Jon and yes that climb to the Den is killer... deserving of a Whitespot burger.
Will be riding Vedder today, maybe the Den...for time of course !

I can barely walk during the day, so can you imagine about my stairs??? It's ridiculous! I was still sore from friday night with my 150 feet walking lunges (4 times)! The funny part, I still love crossfit! See you guys on monday night!

I feel your pain, MJ! I am having lots of trouble with stairs, sitting, standing... :) Hopefully tomorrow it will feel better.

hilarious, i contemplated the elevator at work today; going up seems easier than walking down. Melina has been impersonating my oohs and ahhs with each step. hope today was better ladies!!

Oh ya, "hilarious" was used lightly...nothing funny about the pain, but MJ, I pictured you several times over the past couple days wondering how you were managing. Steve works all week, so hope to be in Wed and Fri. Have a good week everyone.
