Hello all
Great day, great wo, I used the 8lb ball for wall balls and the 30lb bar for push press....I was creative with the box and did a 'running' box jump, I was determined to beat each rounds time.....Karen

I saw Joel this morning and he asked if I was sore...I initially said no....boy was I WRONG...as the day wore on my body began to betray me. I ached in areas I didn't know I could or should be sore in! Great to participate in the Haiti effort yesterday! Thanks Joel / Sarah!
